cycles is a short film created by Morgan Seiff. The flute and fixed media were later composed in 2023 by Han Hitchen.

The fixed media is composed of processed samples of flautist Joshua Mallard playing short gestures on flute. cycles depicts a man going through his menstrual cycle.
