Oftentimes we (artists) create things, only to struggle finding value in our creative process and creations, especially if no one seems to show appreciation or enjoyment of whatever it is we've made. finding, welcoming, cherishing explores the process of finding worth and value in our creations, and learning to love our art – as well as ourselves – in the process. Utilizing text-based improvisation, this work unfolds by having the performer identify, recognize, and accept their self-worth by improvising alongside an electronic soundscape.
